Dave Osborne is a partner at Sacramento Street Liquors LLC, the company behind D&M Liquors and London Market in San Francisco. His background spans hospitality, wine buying, spirits sales, and brand development, bringing together experience across both restaurant and retail channels.

Before becoming a partner in the retail business, Dave held positions with Samson & Surrey, Edrington, and Young’s Market Company. His hospitality experience includes serving as Bar Manager and Wine Buyer at Press Restaurant in Napa Valley and Bar Manager at Bellota in San Francisco. In 2024, he joined the ownership group behind D&M and London Market, taking the lead at the London Market location.

As a USA Wine Ratings judge, Dave brings a perspective informed by wine purchasing, beverage operations, and independent retail. His experience provides a practical foundation for assessing wines on quality, value, and packaging, with attention to their appeal to U.S. consumers.
