How To Enter

Below are the steps to enter your wines in the USA Wine Ratings

Step 1 – Initial Sign Up

1. REGISTER HERE to create your account
2. Complete your company profile
3. Enter the details of wines that you want to enter in the competition

Step 2 – Payment Mode

1. The online payment you can do via credit card.
2. Once the payment is confirmed, you can access the payment/invoice receipt under the billing tab of your online account. Once the payment is done, your shipping labels will be generated in your account.

Step 3 – Shipping

1. Log in to your account, click on my shipping label tab and print the official UWR shipping label.
2. The label needs to be attached on each of the boxes at the time of shipment
3. Once the shipment has been done, please share the tracking details to the competition coordinator on zoey@usawineratings.com

Super Early Bird Deadline: February 10, 2021
Early Bird Deadline: April 30, 2021
Final Deadline: June 30, 2021
Warehouse Deadline: July 5, 2021
Judging: July 26, 2021
Winners Announcement: August 10, 2021

Fee Schedule:

Super Early Bird Pricing - $80 (December 1, 2020, to February 10, 2021)
Early Bird Pricing - $100 (February 11, 2021, to April 30, 2021)
Regular Pricing - $120 (May 1, 2021, to June 30, 2021)

Shipping Info: (Warehouse Closed)

Please send your samples (3 bottles per entry) before July 5, 2021.

The delivery address will be informed by e-mail when the payment is completed. The delivery address is in California.

Goods receiving time: Monday – Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm.

Wines that arrives after the deadline date will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued.
