Bob Paulinski MW is the founder and managing partner of Moxie Wine Group, specialising in private label and exclusive wine programs for U.S. retailers. With more than 40 years in the wine trade, he brings extensive experience in wine buying, global sourcing, brand development, and retail strategy. He earned the Master of Wine qualification in 2002.

Bob began his entrepreneurial career in 1986, establishing a specialty wine shop in Traverse City, Michigan. After selling the business, he held senior buying and leadership positions at Sam’s Club, Southeastern Grocers, and BevMo! He later became Head of Sourcing for Beverage Alcohol at Coles in Australia, with responsibility for developing private label and exclusive brands.

Alongside his work at Moxie Wine Group, Bob remains active in wine education and international wine competitions, sharing his knowledge through his YouTube channel, Bob Paulinski Master of Wine. As a USA Wine Ratings judge, he brings extensive retail buying experience and an international perspective to evaluating quality, value, and packaging.
