Bodega Otazu

Spain

Bodega Otazu is the northernmost vineyard with DOP Pago located in Spain. It is located eight kilometers from Pamplona, just 60 kilometers from the Cantabrian Sea and 35 kilometers from the Pyrenees, in a small valley crossed by the Arga River and surrounded by the Perdón and Sarbil mountain ranges. The philosophy of Bodega Otazu is to make quality wines that transmit their origin and the richness of their terroir. For this reason, all their wines are made exclusively with grapes from the 116 hectares of their own vineyard that surround the winery: Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Berués. In addition to having the Navarra DO, Bodega Otazu is one of the 19 wineries that has the Pago Protected Designation of Origin recognition, the highest category that a vineyard can obtain in Spain, which guarantees the selection and inimitable personality of each one of them. their wines.
