As a long-standing multi-unit leader at Total Wine & More, the largest independent wine retailer in the United States—Shawn plays a critical role in shaping store execution, customer experience, and market performance across one of the nation’s most influential retail networks.

Over his 11+ years with Total Wine & More, Shawn has overseen high-volume markets, guided new store openings, and led teams responsible for delivering exceptional product knowledge and category execution on the sales floor. His work places him at the intersection of consumer demand, product performance, and merchandising strategy—providing him with deep insight into what buyers, store teams, and end-customers look for in a successful wine program.
