At Bodegas Platé, for more than 10 years, we have been producing various innovative products, the result of research and development of the ideas we have. We make the first and only Fruity Banana Wine from the Canary Islands (IGP), various vinegar creams from the pulp of different fruits, banana, mango, blackberry and red peppers. We also make a banana sweet that is unique in the world, similar to a quince sweet.
