With a distinguished background in wine, she has served in prominent roles, including as Director of Wine and Spirits at Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago and Wine Director at Michelin-starred Naha and Brindille in Chicago. Rachael holds an Advanced Sommelier degree and has garnered numerous accolades, such as Food & Wine's Sommelier of the Year in 2016
