As a hospitality professional my success is derived from the ability to assess through listening, observation and precise questions. Develop a strategy and implement clearly.
For the past ten years I have worked as the Wine Director for Farallon Restaurant in San Francisco.
In my 15 year tenure with the company my professional experience has grown through multiple roles within management. In addtion, I was involved in event production including PinotFest, an acclaimed two day tasting event that showcased 60 west coast Pinot noir producers.
