Bob has nearly forty years in the wine trade. He was a long-time wine store owner prior to becoming an MW in 2002. After selling his shop, he went into corporate roles, holding key leadership roles for major wine retailers throughout the US and Australia, such as Wal-Mart, Southeastern Grocers, Bevmo, and Coles. Currently, he owns a B2C e-commerce business, Stellar Bottles. He also consults on several projects including final blending, brand building, sourcing and technical support. His current projects reach to California, Washington, Spain, Italy, Argentina and Chile. In addition, he routinely works in wineries to stay connected by pruning vines, harvesting, etc. He’s judged in major competitions throughout the US, Europe, South America, and Australia.
