Olivier will be responsible for developing strategies to drive category growth, performance goals and profitability, collaborating with cross-functional teams to effectively implement the strategic category plan, and managing key supplier relationships.
Olivier comes to BevMo! most recently from Sam’s Club, where he was Director of Wine and led the transformation of the Wine business through assortment elevation and private brand development. Prior to Sam’s Club, Olivier spent 13 years with multi-format supermarket chain Giant Eagle in the Midwest, leading the chain’s alcohol assortment premiumization and department redesign, while boosting customer service through team member professional certifications. Prior to Giant Eagle, Olivier was with the French retail Chain Auchan Hypermarkets, where he held progressive buying roles across multiple categories in the Illinois and Texas markets.
