Caterina was born and raised in Rome and developed the passion and skills for food and wine from her father who was a pastry chef/business owner and from her Singaporean Chef Mom. Caterina has traveled the world extensively as an Operations Manager in the Food and Beverage industry as well as hotel and restaurant management.
She has been in charge of: coordinating multiple successful events, wine inventory, purchasing and being a team leader. Caterina completed her sommelier certification from the AIS (Associazione Italiana Sommelier) and studied at the University of Language in Rome. She completed her knowledge at UCLA in the Restaurant Management program but her best school was her work experience in Italy, Asia and America working in such venues as cafes, farms and fine dining. Caterina has also consulted and worked for Michelin star chefs and has earned her master in Cheese from the University of Pollenzio.
